Board of Directors
Andre joined Infobright’s board of directors as chairman in May 2008. Over his 30-year career, Andre has held numerous senior executive positions at some of the world’s leading software companies including Cognos, Oracle Corporation, and SAS Institute Inc., where he served as president and chief operating officer.
In 2002, Andre joined the board of directors of VA Software (NASDAQ: LNUX), the creator of SourceForge.net, the largest open source development site on the Internet. This led to his co-founding the world’s first open source end-to-end BI company, Pentaho Corporation. In 2005, Andre joined the board of Palamida Corporation, a provider of intellectual property management and compliance products. In 2006, he became the chairman of Compiere Inc, the world’s leading open source ERP application suite and in 2007 he was elected chairman of Zenoss Corporation, a leader in open source network and systems monitoring software.
Additionally Andre is a director of UBmatrix Inc., the creator of the eXtensible Business Reporting Language (XBRL) and Odyssey Financial Technologies Inc., a Swiss-based private wealth and asset management software company.
Co-founder, Information Venture Partners
Robert Antoniades founded Information Venture Partners in 2014 after a 10 year tenure managing the RBC Venture Partners portfolio. Building on his many years of experience as an enterprise software, analytics, SaaS and fintech investor, Robert and his co-founder, Dave Unsworth, saw an opportunity to build a highly focused venture capital fund. Information Ventures represents that evolution.
Robert joined RBC Venture Partners as a Managing Director in 2004 and led direct investments in a broad range of software and technology companies from enterprise software to information security and insurance applications to sales and trading platforms. Robert also used his expertise in venture capital to assist in the development and commercialization of emerging technologies developed within RBC.
Prior to RBC, Robert was a Vice President at BMO Nesbitt Burns Equity Partners and Executive Director of CIBC Capital Partners’ Silicon Valley office in Menlo Park where he collectively made investments in financial services software, internet service providers, enterprise and internet software, e-healthcare, wireless application development, security products, optical networking and semiconductor companies, among others. Robert has over 17 years of venture capital investing experience.
Robert currently serves on the Boards of Adaptive Insights, Infobright, Nomi, and Igloo Software. Prior boards include Placemark Investments (acquired by Envestnet), Varicent (acquired by IBM), ITM Software (acquired by BMC) and Verafin Software. Additionally, Robert is the Past Chair of the Distress Centres of Toronto, current Chair of Flemingdon Neighbourhood Services and, Chair and co-founder of the Upside Foundation of Canada.
Robert has a broad base of transaction and industry experience as a capital markets professional including Equity Research, Institutional Sales & Trading, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Private Equity. Robert has a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A) degree from Wilfrid Laurier University and is a Chartered Financial Analyst, a Fellow of the Canadian Securities Institute and a Certified Investment Manager.
Independent Board Member and Advisor
Mark brings with him three decades of operating and advisory experience to venture backed software companies. His domain experience includes modern databases, data and application integration, business intelligence and monetizing of open source.
His operating background includes an early executive role with Informatica where he helped grow revenues from $10 million to over $150 million in sales, resulting in a successful IPO in 1999. He was also EVP worldwide sales and alliances at MySQL where he contributed to the $1 billion acquisition by Sun Microsystems in 2008.
Mark also serves as Independent Board Member at MuleSoft and Datameer. Most recently, Mark was Executive Chairman of Zend Technologies Inc. (acquired by Rogue Wave – October 2015) and Independent board member at Jaspersoft (acquired by Tibco – 2014).
President and CEO
Don DeLoach is CEO and President of Infobright. Under Don’s leadership Infobright has grown significantly, with a strong presence in embedded solutions, focused in the networking and telecommunications industry. Don has more than 30 years of software industry experience, with demonstrated success building software companies with extensive sales, marketing, and international experience. Don joined Infobright after serving as CEO of Aleri, the complex event processing company, which was acquired by Sybase in February 2010. Prior to Aleri, Don served as President and CEO of YOUcentric, a CRM software company, where he led the growth of the company before being acquired by JD Edwards in 2001. Prior to YOUcentric, Don spent five years in senior roles at Sybase. He has also served as a Director at Broadbeam Corporation and Chairman of the Board at Apropos Inc.
Don currently also serves on the Executive Board of the Illinois Technology Association, is co-chairman of the ITA Internet of Things Council, and is on the Board of the Juvenile Protective Association.
Don has a Bachelor of Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
VP and Chief Financial Officer
Laurence Gutcher joined Infobright in 2008. As VP and CFO of Infobright, Laurence oversees all financial and human resources activities, acting as the lead on all legal matters (customer licensing, vendor matters, employment matters, financing) as well as managing all corporate infrastructure (property, insurance, IT) for the Company. In 2010, Laurence was appointed to Infobright’s board of directors.
Prior to Infobright, Laurence launched his interest in early stage, privately held technology companies, where he first joined INEX Corporation as its CFO and Corporate Secretary, helping to grow the Company from 2 to 45 employees, raising additional capital and ultimately selling the business in the fall of 1999 to InfoSpace, Inc. He went on to serve as CFO and Corporate Secretary to 4 private companies, namely Metamail Inc., Nevex Software Technologies Inc. (acquired by Baltimore Technologies Plc), Necho Systems Corp. (acquired by Cybershift, Inc.) and PriceMetrix Inc. Laurence was instrumental in raising significant capital and also participated in successful exits of the named companies.
Laurence began his career at Bell Canada and has held various positions in Field Operations and Financial/Business Planning. He currently serves as a director as well as the secretary of Screen Colons Canada, a charitable organization dedicated to raising awareness on the importance of getting screened for colorectal cancer.
Laurence is a Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA, CMA) and holds a Bachelor of Applied Science and Engineering (B.A.Sc.) from the University of Toronto and a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) from the Richard Ivey School of Business. He has also studied abroad at the Stockholm School of Economics (Handelshögskolan).

Chip is a General Partner at Flybridge Capital Partners whose investment interests and experience are in the information technology sector with a focus on enterprise software.
He currently represents the firm on the boards of 1-800-FREE411 (Jingle Networks), First Best Systems, Infobright, mValent, Placemark Investments, Reveal Imaging, and SupplyScape and was previously a director at Bowstreet, which was acquired by IBM.

While at Greylock, Chip led or participated in numerous successful investments in the enterprise information technology field including Narrative Communications (acquired by @Home), Idiom Technologies (acquired by SDL), iPhrase Technologies (acquired by IBM), IBA (acquired by ServiceSoft/Kana), Storage Networks (IPO), Totality (acquired by MCI) and the Vincam Group (IPO in 1996, acquired by ADP). Prior to Greylock, he was with Company Assistance Limited, an investment and consulting firm in Warsaw Poland; and Bain and Company, an international management consulting firm.
Chip received a B.A. with honors from Stanford University and an M.B.A. from Harvard Business School where he was a Baker Scholar and a Ford Scholar.
